To order, follow the 3 simple steps below:

  1. WHICH ONE? Specify the kata DVD (Empi or Gankaku).
  2. HOW MANY?  Let us know how many copies you’d like.

  3. WHERE TO SEND?  Please give us an address to send the DVD(s) to.  (TKA Members can get a copy at the dojo)

  4. HOW YOU WILL PAY?  Cost is $30/DVD each plus $5 S/H

    1. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD: Download, sign, and send the authorization form to us to get set up in our credit/debit card system.  Indicate how many copies you’re authorizing to charge to your credit/debit card.  We accept MasterCard, VISA, and Debit.  Then any time you want to pay for a DVD, Seminar, etc., just notify us that you are authorizing the charge and that’s it.  This will become the preferred method of signing up and paying for future Seminar’s, Tournaments, and Kata Days.
